Osaki Hibachi Sushi in Dodge City

Driving by you might not think this is going to be good place to eat in such small town but I am glad I decided to try it. Their sushi is amazing, staff is super polite, overall just great experience. This restaurant is well worth a visit.

I love the sushi here. It is a great place to go for lunch or dinner.

We wanted to bring our Japanese friend for some Japanese food but we were disappointed. The floor was sticky when we came in and there was a slight fishy smell. Some of the food was OK, but nothing was great. We will not be coming back.

pretty good local spot for sushi considering we don't really have any there's not a ton of options but it is very good and I would definitely come here again. I honestly wish I could get here more often.

Honestly probably the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had. Any kind of fried rice is to die for! And they’re sushi is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! The people who work there are the sweetest, and try to make it your best experience every time you’re there! Would give 6 stars if I could!!

Visiting from Dallas and Osaki has amazing food and quick service. I was blown away with the Super Volcano sushi!

First time trying this place and the food was great! However, the service I received from my waitress made the entire experience less enjoyable. She was not as friendly or attentive like the others were with their tables. She was either new and did not know what she was doing or she was just plain rude!!

First time every tried sushi and really enjoyed the food there.

I order a shrimp udon but a chicken came. They never said sorry and they took out chicken and just added shrimp. So salty. I don't want to come again.

Too little. Meal portions were very small for the price. I have a Japanese restaurant nearby my house in Texas and it was twice the food. Very little rice and vegetables. I can be okay with small portion of meats but get real. I will never but at the place again.

Tremendous. Great taste with everything I tried. Definitely going back. Very calm and positive atmosphere.

Always a great meal, even when I order online through Door Dash! It’s always hot and fresh and I always have silverware and soy sauce. Their fried rice is SOO delicious and is reasonably priced! I hope this place stays in Dodge!

Food was delicious. The service was very friendly, attentive and very fast. Like surprisingly fast! The prices are very fair, but the portion sizes were a little bit small. Maybe I was just really hungry...either way, I'd recommend trying it out

Great food a must stop if your In town

This is my favorite restaurant in Dodge City. I highly recommend about everything on the menu. The sushi is absolutely phenomenal especially considering we are in the middle of Kansas. They have the best spicy Tuna rolls here. Definitely check them out!

I had the super crunchy roll (back) and the super volcano roll and both were delicious. The volcano roll was amazing and a must try.

The other more than One-Star reviewers must be paid reviews or they are just as low-standard delusional as the people who run this restaurant. Ordered steak and veggies. Steak came out gray and cold in the center covered in some nasty sauce. The edamame was also very cold. Take a look at the included picture to see what their idea of "veggies" is. They must be having a carrot shortage in Kansas and a surplus of zucchini. My buddy's fried rice might be in the top 5 nastiest things I've ever tasted. Avoid this place. You have been warned.

Japanese food is always one of my favorites but in my last experience it was totally a disappointment. The rice did not taste good as on other occasions and practically everything (rice, vegetables and meat) were cold at the time they served it. The service by the employees was excellent. Maybe next time I have better luck

I used to eat here a lot. It was always decent. Then about 6 months ago something changed. Price went up. Portions went down. And the food doesn't taste as good. Went back today to see if they fixed it. They haven't. Maybe I'll try again in another 6 months. Not reccomendable right now. The hostess was sweet, though.

There for an hour, never got my husband's food, when we went to pay they still made us pay for it. He finally got it to go but that should have never happened. People that got there after us got severed way before he did. Was one of our favorite restaurants but we aren't going back.

Not actually a japanese restaurant, more like a chinese restaurant with a japanese label. The rice was not hibachi style it was chinese fried rice same as you could get anywhere. The taste of it was.....meh at best and it was a premade batch, not even made fresh.. The salmon teriyaki was decent, needed more time to sear the salmon though, and perhaps don't make it so watery with the sauce. Up side the sushi roll I had was pretty damn good, hats off to the maker. Hope they improve their recipes, if you're a chinese restaurant switching to japanese food, please do it justice. Thanks

Great place, my favorite sushi place in the area.I eat here when I'm in Dodge City. Always good food and the service is fast and good.If you want sushi you have to try it here.

Sushi is pretty good, and I'm a big lover of sushi. Atmosphere is nice, and it was pretty quiet at lunch time so it was a nice meal to enjoy. Wait staff was very nice, and we enjoyed our visit! We'll be back!

There chicken teriyaki is the best I’ve ever had. There fried rice is something I always crave. Always go when I have a day off which is a lot now. Always recommend.
